Make Friends with Change:
From the time we are born until we take our last breath, change is the one constant in our lives. Sometimes it can feel hard, sometimes it's exhilarating. Navigating towards life's next milestone can also feel lonely and daunting. But it doesn't have to be. I've walked the path of purpose and meaning in my own life and love what I've created. I look forward to helping you do the same. Through our interactive sessions will will aim to resolve the long-standing patterns of limiting beliefs and behaviors that can affect your emotional well-being and hold you back from the life you're dreaming about creating. Let's begin!
How I can Help:
Anchored in multiple therapeutic modalities and a deep understanding of people and relationships, our conversations are specifically designed to help you better understand your thoughts and emotions. As we explore your feelings, fears, and obstacles, I'll integrate observations and dynamic interventions from a full range of therapeutic approaches. Having worked extensively in the corporate and nonprofit arenas, I have a deep understanding of the challenges and dynamics within the workplace.
Are You Ready to Transform?
In addition to my general practice, I work with mid-to-later life women. At this stage in life women often experience a deep desire to contribute, find meaning and fulfillment, and clear away the blocks to living an authentic, integrated life. They're also navigating major transitions, including children leaving home, relationships changing, loneliness, menopause, aging parents, career burnout, and retirement.
Together, we explore and answer a very specific question: How can you make the 3rd chapter of your life the most fulfilling and gratifying one yet? Using tools such as a personalized life-review, we can identify and work through old patterns of limiting beliefs, and map out the next chapter.
If you're longing for something more, let's connect!
